We buy a small 1200 sq.ft. house in 1990 across from the Ithaca Water Treatment Plant; down the street is the Wildflower Preserve along 6-mile Creek.

One year after moving in, we demolish everything in the first floor, install insulation, new wiring, gypsum board, a new structural girder, and a new kitchen as shown here in 1991.
