As an architecture student, I was always impressed by early twentieth-century manifestos. This song owes only the idea of a "manifesto" to that experience; there is nothing really radical about the song's content. Musically, there is more than a bit of gospel and r&b influence in my piano arrangement. And thanks to Susan for shooting the video clips with my Flip camcorder.
